Scientific Program

Program Overview

IMGT 2027 will feature a stimulating scientific program including plenary sessions, keynote and invited talks, oral and poster presentations, panel discussions, and exhibitions.

The conference aims to foster an interactive and collaborative environment that promotes knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary discussion, technology transfer, and collaboration between academia and industry.

Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation

Plenary Talks

30 minutes for presentation.

Keynote Talks

25 minutes, including 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

Invited Talks

20 minutes, including 17 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

Oral Presentations

15 minutes, including 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

Technical Requirements

Please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive.

As a backup, we recommend sending a copy of your presentation to your personal email account.

Please check the official program page for your session, presentation time, and presentation details.

Standard audiovisual equipment, including a laser pointer, wireless microphone, desktop microphone, and sound system, will be provided.

A conference laptop with Windows and Microsoft Office will be available for presentations.

If your presentation includes videos or other multimedia content, please ensure that all files are properly embedded or linked and tested in advance.

Standard display connections will be provided. Mac users are advised to bring the appropriate adapter for their device.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentations provide an excellent opportunity to share your research, engage with fellow participants, and explore potential collaborations.

The maximum poster size is 1 m × 1 m. A0 size is recommended.

Push pins for mounting posters will be provided.

Poster presenters will be directed to their designated poster boards at the beginning of the poster session.

Presenting authors are required to be present during their assigned poster session to present their work and answer questions.

The detailed poster session schedule will be announced on the official conference website and communicated to registered participants before the conference.
