Abstract submission process

Prepare Your Abstract

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

Abstracts should be prepared according to the official abstract template provided above.

Abstracts may be submitted in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format.

Each submission should contain approximately 500 words, including a 400-word abstract and a 100-word biography.

Plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited.

Complete Your Submission

The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the abstract before submission.

Authors must indicate their preferred presentation type, Oral or Poster, during submission.

All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website.

Evaluation & Publication

Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be rejected without further consideration.

Authors will normally be notified of the acceptance decision within one week of submission.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings. The proceedings will be available to registered participants at the conference registration desk.

Evaluation Criteria

IMGT 2027 is committed to maintaining a rigorous, fair, and high-quality review process for all submitted abstracts.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, session chairs, and/or invited expert reviewers, as appropriate. The review will focus on the originality, scientific significance, relevance, quality, and clarity of the submitted work.

Based on the review results, the committee will determine whether an abstract is suitable for oral or poster presentation.

Review Procedure

Initial Screening

All submitted abstracts undergo an initial screening to ensure that they comply with the conference scope, submission guidelines, and basic quality requirements.

Expert Review

Abstracts that pass the initial screening are assigned to appropriate reviewers, session chairs, or members of the Scientific Committee. External expert reviewers may be invited when additional independent assessment is required.

Revision

If revisions are requested, authors will normally be given 14 days to submit a revised abstract.

Invited and Keynote Speakers

Abstracts submitted by invited and keynote speakers will be reviewed by the Conference Chair and/or Scientific Committee.
