• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, or other arrangements when necessary and, where practicable, will provide advance notice.
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees and accommodation payments made directly through the organizer will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
• If the conference is postponed, existing registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled dates.

• The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Lost and found items should be reported to the conference registration desk. Unclaimed items will be transferred to the venue’s security office.
• Transportation and parking costs are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.
• Registration fees do not include travel, medical, or other personal insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate coverage.

• All participants are expected to behave responsibly and treat participants, staff, and members of the local community with respect and courtesy.
• The organizers may revoke the participation of attendees whose conduct is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive, without refund.
• Access to conference sessions and meeting areas is limited to registered participants and authorized accompanying persons.
• Press and media representatives must obtain prior authorization from the IMGT 2027 Organizing Committee. Speakers and delegates will not be quoted or interviewed without prior consent.

The organizers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Participants are encouraged to review the latest version before attending the conference. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
